I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for nature lovers, being very close to a beautiful forest. The staff were extremely attentive and made my wife's birthday special by decorating our room with balloons. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The location was pretty surrounded by nature. It was a good opportunity to be away from the city noise and technology by staying in a silent and peaceful place. the staff was very polite in general which was great for our xmas experience. the food was the best part of our stay. The hotel offered a great variety of dishes during our stay. Lastly, the room was comfortable and had good amenities.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel that need improvement. the bathroom was not well-maintained and we did not find even soap during our stay.

Our room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water available 24/7. The breakfast, lunch, high tea, and dinner served were delicious, and the manager went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

One small inconvenience was the lack of network connectivity.

We had an amazing stay close to nature. The hotel facilities were great, including the generator backup during heavy rainfall. The staff was courteous and helpful, especially the manager who made sure we had hot breakfast even though we were late. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.
